    Payment after suitability

    Only if it's suitable do we invite you to the £500 Founder pack. Payment comes after the suitability check — not before.

    We prepare your pack

    We build your pack under human review and send it with a final submission checklist.

Our price covers the preparation pack. These costs are paid separately to the relevant body or professional. See full exclusions →

  • Planning Portal submission fee
  • Specialist / professional fees (surveys, structural calculations, party wall, etc.)
  • Building Regulations approval and its technical / engineering drawings
  • Planning appeals
  • Any guarantee of a particular planning decision or outcome
